Day 30 - Bye to Villa Cacciatore

Left Villa Cacciatore this morning for the drive to Chianti country and the next Villa. This Villa served us well ... an old hunting lodge that they have converted into a tourist Villa. The ten of us fit comfortably into the place, well equiped although no internet which constrained me since the closest connection was about a 40 minute drive away. But I made do. We had a lovely barbecue in the back and used it quite a bit the last few days.... not much finer than cooking on a WOOD barbecue ... yes wood. Although we bought some charcoal to be safe and you can see a couple of the barbecue pictures above. The dining room was huge and could easily seat 20 people and out on the back veranda there was a picnic table like you have never seen before .. made from a huge log ... it was about 5 feet wide and about 20 feet long and it also could easily seat 20 guests. Lovely.

Here are some final pictures. I will post some of the Villa in Chianti later. This place has Wi Fi so I will be able to post regularly and will catch up on all the pictures that I've promised and then never could post because of the lack of a good connection.
