Walk to the Marais - Denis's Pics

My nephew Denis is a very good photographer. These are his pictures he took during our walk to the Marais last Friday. Note the close-up pictures of the flowers and the patience he has to wait until a fly or bug settles onto the flower. He also shoots camera raw which gives me a lot more material to work with in photoshop.

Life is good ... enjoy

  1. Thanks for the compliment! I think a significant amount of credit for the shots above rests with you and Photoshop.

  2. It's amazing how something as beautiful as a thistle can be so tenacious and virtually untouchable, Bravo!!

  3. It is worth waiting for the bee to land ... the pictures of the yellow daisies (?) close up is spectacular.

  4. Dennis, glad to hear the trip is going well, the pictures are stunning. Also, you look like you've really trimmed out and are looking great! I guess a few hundred Kms of walking helps with that.

I can't believe it's been 6 weeks already, so be sure to enjoy your last couple of weeks to the fullest. I'm sure they'll pass quickly!
