After the bikers protest I walked down the rue de Rivoli and ran across another little festival put on by the tourist bureau in Alsace which is in the eastern part of France. Note the costumes and the combined German and Swiss influence. Quite enjoyable. My feet were hurting so I only captured a very small part of it.
