I posted a lot of pictures from our walk on Saturday so this write up and the list of pics will be short. We walked through the Jardin du Luxembourg between episodes with the LGBT Parade and rested our weary feet so there are some pics from the Jardin.
So we head over to the latin quarter and right smack into the teeth of the LGBT Parade again which wasn't what we had in mind so I say to the boys lets get out of here and walked over a couple of streets to find some space and end up in the middle of yet another protest related to the Syrian issues in the middle east. I understand they have suicide bombers in those parts of the world so we high tail it back to the LGBT Parade and fight our way through the mass of humanity to walk around the Latin quarter for a short visit. Not a lot of pictures of the latin quarter but I did get some of the
Syrian protest.
Lots of buskers as well.
We did end up with a 33,575 step walk a record for this trip and 16.19 kilometres. The boys were wiped ... not bad for a 60 year old.
